They were very well organized with excellent guides. In particular, the Santorini excursion allowed us to completely avoid waiting for a cable car to take us down to the dock and our private boat even tendered us back to our ship! Only comment I have (no reflection on the tours) is for those with mobility issues. Both Santorini and Acropolis/Parthenon require walking up significantly STEEP inclines and stairs. We were booked with her tour group for an excursion in Greenland. The ship did not dock there due to a hurricane. Her refunds were not forthcoming; she suggested we file with our insurance company.
The La Coruna tour failed to visit the Roman lighthouse as promised and the guides didn’t even tell us about this. We had to ask about it when we clearly were returning to the ship without making the stop. I opted for the Yael partially due to the size of the boat. I much prefer not to be in the water with 50 other people running into you and over you.

The prices were very reasonable and provided us with all we asked for. We will use her adventures next time we travel. We missed a port and although the tour stated clearly refundable she did not refund us the money.

You certainly get more for your money in the comfort of an air-conditioned coach. Always on time with professional tour guides on the coaches. In comparison to other tour operators, they are lower priced and one of Sandras tours is usually a combination of two separate tours of other operators.
